Steffy, it's time to tell finn! - The Bold and the Beautiful

Oh, no, I really thought Steffy was going to fess up to Finn about the kisses Liam gave her, but NO…Finn will find out about these kisses from someone else and poof, another marriage in trouble. I guess we are all going to be prepared for Steffy and Liam reunion Part???. This is so stupid, I know it’s only a soap, but Steffy has a great marriage, to a great guy, who would and did take a bullet for her. WISE UP STEFFY, you waited long enough, now tell Finn the truth.

I agree. But, her fight will be much easier if she will simply tell Finn the truth about what happened. She can see from Finn’s reaction to learning that Hope never intended to tell Liam about kissing Thomas in Rome exactly what Finn’s reaction will be when he finds out she’s withholding this information (on Liam’s improper behavior) from him.

Steffy needs to be honest with Finn. For her to do anything else is simply self sabotage, IMO.

Yes, yes, yes, Steffy has had so much growth as a character. As much as she wanted her parents reunited she couldn’t let it happen based on a lie. We need that Steffy now to show her commitment to Finn and really put Liam in his place.

I don’t think it’s that simple. I think she’s worried about a number of things beyond Liam. Like how Kelly could get stuck in the middle if her two father figures start fighting. Or that she’s handled the situation for good, now, and that she doesn’t need to Finn to have to fight a battle for her that’s already won (she may think that even if Liam is a self-absorbed predator, like his father before him, who may not see it that way). Or that she’s been trained so well by her father et.al. to believe that she will be blamed for things that she didn’t do, even by people who claim to love her, that she’s afraid to say anything—and Finn’s comments about how he can understand how Liam would feel knowing someone else had kissed his wife etc. aren’t helping that situation at all. I know that’s not Finn’s fault, as he didn’t didn’t create Steffy’s past for her, and he’s not aware his comments could be undermining her desire to come clean, but it could still be a factor as to why Steffy’s having trouble telling him what happened.

I agree.
Steffy is the only one thinking of the kids and that includes Beth. Steffy is not selfish, she is selfless.

Remember when Taylor got Steffy and Thomas to sit down together, talk things out, and recognize that they could get through what was tearing them apart? I wish Steffy would confide in her mother that Liam has twice kissed her without consent, including what he said beforehand the second time, and that Taylor would convince her that the best thing for her to do is tell Finn—and if she’s afraid to do it on her own, Taylor can be there to mediate, as Finn seems to like and respect Taylor. But that she must do it, so that Liam cannot use his behavior against her or her marriage in the future, and so that he understands that Steffy will not keep his behavior a secret. For that matter, I’d like Taylor to get Steffy to understand that nothing Liam did is her fault—it’s his—and by not saying anything, she is allowing him to believe that there is nothing wrong with that kind of behavior, on his part or the part of any man, and there most definitely is.
