The three bedroom and three bathroom home was built back 1940s, but you’d never tell with how modern it is after its full renovation. Highlights of the home include an open-concept great room, French doors in the dining room that connect to the al fresco patio area and a decked-out kitchen with white oak cabinetry, an eat-in island and high-end stainless appliances.

The home, which spans over 2,700 square feet across its single-level, is also located in a one-third of an acre lot.

In the master bedroom, Fitzgerald will have plenty of space for her reality TV ensembles with a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with dual vanities and a graphic-tiled shower. In the secondary bedroom, there’s another ensuite with a walk-in closet and third smaller room would make for the perfect office space. In the vast outdoor area, there’s a lawn perfect for entertaining and ample room for a swimming pool.
