Orbisonia man exposed himself to teen, forced her to touch his privates, PSP says

HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police in Huntingdon County say an Orbisonia man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a teenage relative and reportedly forced her to touch his genitals.

Troopers say the 15-year-old victim disclosed that she was staying at a relative's house, in December, where Cole Bucher, now age 24, resided.

Police say the teen told investigators that one night, Bucher repeatedly came into the room she was staying in while wearing boxer shorts with his "genitals exposed."

Investigators say Bucher also reportedly asked the teen if she was willing to do anything to "make it go away."

Police say Bucher then allegedly hugged the teen, at which time he reportedly "forced" her to touch his genitals while telling her "this is okay."

According to online court records, Bucher was arraigned Tuesday on charges of felony corruption of minors, indecent assault and indecent exposure.

He has since been released on unsecured bail.
